What is the origin of keystone mark up in retail sales?

retail sales
Lady Rimfire asked:

Thanks!

Okay, here’s the deal… This question’s been sitting here for (what?) like a week unanswered, right? So apparently no one else knows the answer, either. So it’s time for you to Google it or use wikipedia.

    Thanks for the 2 points.

    Cheers!
