    One week’s pay check or one and a half one weeks pay check.
    At least that’s what my dad did with his employees.

    Well I would say a whole lot more than what we get where I work,which is $25, and it is a multi-billion dollar a year company, with over 100,000 employees nationwide. But I am just an employee who am I to say whay we get.Even though corporate bosses get a 6 figure bonus every year. And I have been with the company 5 years. But my spouse got $100 and it is just 2 people in the business.

    Probably a weeks wages would be a good bonus, depending on how well the company did over the Christmas period.

    An interesting thing to note though: this Christmas, an ‘unnamed’ Investment Banker from London was paid a bonus of £100 million because the fund he was managing did well. That should pay for the family Christmas presents and all…
