They have no need for their customers to sign up for long drawn out contracts that have to be kept till the end. They believe that cell ownership is everyone’s right rather they have good credit or bad credit or rather they can afford a large monthly bill or not. They believe that the customer should always know what their cell phone bill is and they should never have to pay for more then what service they want or what service they can afford. The company is very customer friendly.
