How can I get experience in working for retail/sales, if no one will hire me?

Having an Understanding of Vacuum Pump Operation

Understanding how equipment works will give employees a heads up when something is going wrong. One piece of equipment can affect the entire operating system of one product. When that one piece of equipment malfunctions such as a vacuum pump it can shut down the car or the machinery it is being used in. Employees and mechanics who have the understanding of how each piece of equipment works and what to look for in case it malfunctions will have the upper in hand in fixing the problem quickly and effectively. This will help get the product back up and running faster or even stop the problem before the entire system shuts down.
